On October 11, 2006, Dongfeng Peugeot Citrioen Automobile Company (DPCA) held its New Car Release Conference in Beijing, when Mr. Yuan Gang, DPCA Deputy General Manager announced the booking price for C2, which will rang from RMB77,800 to RMB 106,800 for five different C2 models. Pre-order of C2 will be accepted by all DPCA dealer shops right away. By the end of October, real cars will be exhibited in all authorized dealer shops and C2 is expected to be formally launched to the market in Mid November.
