Dongfeng Commercial Vehicle Company Limited (DFCV), a subsidiary CV company of DFL, the biggest automotive joint venture in China, today officially breaks the ground of its new heavy-duty-truck plant in Shiyan. The new HDT plant, planned for 80,000-unit capacity, will start operation in June, 2011 with an initial capacity of 40,000 units.
