Zhou Wenjie, is a Director and an Executive Vice President of the Company. Mr. Zhou is also a senior economist. Mr. Zhou joined Dongfeng Motor Corporation in 1972. From 1995 to 1999 Mr. Zhou was the Assistant General Manager of Dongfeng Motor Corporation. Since 2001, he has served as the Deputy General Manager of Dongfeng Motor Corporation. In addition, Mr. Zhou is also the Chairman of Dongfeng Honda Automobile Co., Ltd, Dongfeng Honda Engine Co., Ltd and Dongfeng Honda Auto Parts Co., Ltd, the Deputy Chairman of Dongfeng Peugeot Citroen Automobiles Company Ltd, and a director of Dongfeng Motor Co., Ltd and Honda Automobile (China) Co., Ltd. Mr. Zhou has over 30 years of business and management experience in the automotive industry.
